Hi, I’m Adriana.
My journey into holistic wellness began during one of the most challenging times in my life, when I was going through deep emotional stress and my path to becoming a mother didn’t unfold the way I expected. That experience opened the door to reconnecting with myself in a deeper way and exploring practices that supported my emotional healing and inner balance.
Over time, I discovered different holistic tools that helped me feel more grounded, calm and connected again, and I now feel called to share that same kind of support with others.
My approach is gentle, intuitive and focused on creating a safe space where you can feel seen, supported and at ease.
I am trained in Emotional Code® (emotional release work), Reiki (energy balance), and Yoga Alliance® certified yoga practices. I also integrate mindfulness-based and intuitive tools, such as pendulum guidance, to support emotional well-being, relaxation and personal growth.
Each session is guided by what your system needs in the moment, combining emotional release, energy balancing and mindful awareness to support a more connected and grounded state of being.
As a dog mom myself, I also understand the deep emotional connection we share with our pets and the comfort, love and support they bring into our lives, which is why I also offer sessions for pets.
My intention is to help you feel more connected, emotionally lighter and supported through life’s everyday challenges.
Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

These sessions are designed to gently support your pet’s overall well-being by encouraging a greater sense of calm, balance and ease.
Each session is intuitively guided and may include energy-based and mindfulness-inspired support to help promote relaxation and emotional balance.

Sessions are held via Zoom, and your pet does not need to be physically present. A recent photo of your pet is recommended to help personalize the session experience.
This is a complementary wellness service and does not replace veterinary care.

Through guided meditation, mindfulness, and shared energy, these circles offer a moment to pause, release, and come back to yourself.
